Today we pray for Rev. George Desjardins and Rev. Alfred Bouchard.
Fr Desjardins was ordained in 1959 and is now retired having served, inter alia, at Immaculate Conception Parish in Portsmouth.
Fr. Bouchard was ordained in 1956 and is also now retired.
Lord, grant them new ways of ministering to your flock in their retirement and grant that they may use this time to grow closer to you. Mother Mary, shelter and guard these your children and lead them home to your Son.
